All payments made for consultations, treatments, packages, and products at Reviva Skin & Surgery Clinic are non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and pre-paid treatment packages.
Why
Medical and aesthetic outcomes depend on biological response, lifestyle and adherence to post-care, and cannot be guaranteed. Resources, time and consumables are committed once a session is scheduled.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same-day cancellations forfeit the session.
Concerns
If you're unhappy with an outcome, please contact us — we'll review your case and recommend appropriate complimentary corrective measures where clinically indicated.
